Liquid diet involves a move solely on liquid foods: juices, soups, dairy products, herbal teas and just water. The total volume of fluid consumed per day should not exceed 3 liters.

9:00 – one cup of oatmeal broth
10:00 – one cup of vegetable broth
11:00 – one cup of warm boiled water
12:00 – one glass of fruit juice, diluted half with water,

15:00 – one glass of weak stewed without sugar,
16:00 – one cup of skim meat broth without salt

20:00 – one cup of warm boiled water
21:00 – one cup of kefir (fat – less than 2%).
Three days after the end of the liquid diet
First day: allows you to eat only cooked vegetables and small portions
The second day: a bowl of boiled vegetables, add a watery porridge, a slice of bread, and as dinner – raw cabbage and carrot.
Day Three: Eat as before, except for fatty foods and bread. Of bread a day can be no more than two slices.
This fast diet that leads to effective weight loss is not too healthy. More precisely, is not particularly useful if you use this diet a long time.
