Day 7:
Breakfast: green tea, eggs;
Lunch: chicken, vegetables;
Dinner: chicken, vegetables, apple, green tea.

The second variant of the Brazilian diet
This variant of the Brazilian diet longer than the previous variant and is scheduled for 4 weeks, meals 4-5 times a day. The basic ration of Brazilian diet is mainly vegetables and fruits.
Monday
Breakfast: 1 orange, 1 banana and 1 cup of orange juice.
Second breakfast: 1 cup orange juice, 1 piece of toast.
Lunch: 100 g boiled fish, 100 grams of raw vegetable salad.
Dinner: 100 g boiled fish, 100 g of raw vegetable salad.
Before going to bed: a cup of orange juice, 1 small piece of toast.
Tuesday
Breakfast: a soft-boiled egg, 1 cup of apple juice.
Second breakfast: 1 small piece of toast, 1 glass of apple juice.
Lunch: 100 grams of cooked meat, 2 boiled potatoes, 4 leaves of lettuce.
Dinner: 200 grams of salad from boiled fish meat, 1 hard-boiled eggs, lettuce, canned green peas.
Before going to bed: a cup of apple juice, 1 piece of toast.
Wednesday
Breakfast: 1 cup nonfat milk, 1 piece of toast
Second breakfast: 100 g low-fat cottage cheese.
Lunch: 100 g rice, 150 grams of salad from fresh cabbage, green pulp of 1 lemon.
Dinner: 100 g of boiled meat, 1 apple, 4 leaves of lettuce
Before going to bed: a cup of apple juice, 2 pieces of fresh cookies or one small piece of toast.
Thursday
Breakfast: a cup of pineapple juice, 60 g pineapple
Second breakfast: a cup of pineapple juice, 1 small piece of toast.
Lunch: 100 g of boiled meat, a small piece of cheese and one orange.
Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, 150 grams of salad from fresh grated carrots with a small amount of oil.
Before going to bed: a cup of pineapple juice, 1 piece of toast.
Friday
Breakfast: 1 cup mango juice 1 small toast.
Second breakfast: 1 apple, 1 orange.
Lunch: 150 grams of boiled fish, 2 small boiled carrots.
Dinner: a plate of soup made from vegetables in vegetable meat, mushroom or fish broth, a small piece of bread.
Before going to bed: a cup of mango juice, 1 small piece of toast.
Saturday
Breakfast: 1 cup apple juice, 1 piece of toast.
Second breakfast: 150 grams of salad from boiled grated beets with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Lunch: a plate of vegetable soup in vegetable, meat, mushroom or fish broth, 1 small piece of bread.
Dinner: 100 g fried in vegetable oil or boiled mushrooms, 100 grams of salad from any raw vegetables.
Before going to bed: a cup of apple juice , 2 fresh biscuits.
Sunday
Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 bunch of grapes
Second breakfast: 1 glass grape juice, 1 small piece of toast.
Lunch: 100 g of boiled meat, 100 grams of salad from fresh cabbage, green onions and juice of 1 lemon.
Dinner: a plate of vegetable mushroom or fish soup, 100 grams of fruit salad.
Before going to bed: a cup of grape juice, 1 small bunch of grapes.
You may choose any variant of the Brazilian diet. The first variant of the Brazilian diet for those who want to lose weight quickly. A second variant of the Brazilian diet, for all who have the time, does not like the severe restrictions in food and loves fruit.
